It's the FREAKING BRIDGE of this ship that needs to be wiped and have someone credible come in to see if there is anything salvageable before this thing hits the rocks!!! Pearson got the boot on Valeant and that's the only thing that might turn that ship around!
My bet is on the rocks! (and the "Angel" gunning for the crook(s)!) The markets shows no pitty for fraud and no serious money is going to touch this. On the contratry, serious money is going to joint the lawsuits in some fat CayveMen linching!

Immediately, I see selling of assets as well to raise money and pay down debt. Maybe some Licensing of drugs to other companies for upfront payments and royalties, debt restructuring. Shedding of a division. That kind of thing to make the balance sheet look cleaner. Maybe a Merger.
