RE:RE:RE:RE:Andrew McCreath Interivew with MT on Friday
Thanks for the info re. the interview with Mark Thompson.

A few comments:

1) There may in fact be a takeout announced before then with MT coming on TV to sing the praises of the deal and encourage shareholders to vote in favour of it.

2) I think it would be pretty embarrassing for him to come on the show to comment on the status quo after CXR failed to meet earnings guidance, took a writedown due to generic competition that he didn't see coming, personally got hit with a margin call that forced him to sell shares, etc.

3) The idea that Mr. McCreath or anyone else who is not part of the blackout group would know  that a deal is going to be announced is silly in my opinion........How many people were predicting with certainty Enbridge's massive $37 Billion deal for Specra Energy before it was announced yesterday....?......This is an enormous deal creating the largest energy infrastructure company in North America, and I believe it is the largest M&A in Canadian corporate history.....If this can be kept under wraps until it is announced, I think CXR and its suitor should be able to do likewise......
