RE:RE:330 million shares? this needs to reverse splitReverse split doesn't solve Robert and Eric's 19.999999999999999% share ownership issue. I guess rules like that are there to prevent shrewd investors like Eric and Robert st gobbling up companies like pgd chunk by chunk. They've already snuck across the line legally and are now red circled. Reverse split does nothing for them.
