I also believe a buyout of 1067 or the whole company makes more sense than a licensing deal if I were a major player. As some have mentioned, the products that doesn't fit their portfolio can they sell out.
However, if we would get a licensing deal for 1067 with a major player and have in mind the potential royalties, how do we value sirona? Its all speculations based on who will we team up with and what the potential royalties will be.

After they have signed a deal, how long will it take for 1067 to get to the market and generate revenues?
