Four years of .04 or less?

Four years of .04 or less?Look at the chart over the past four years you can see this stock has only on a few occasions exceeded .04. Even .035 has had a limited number of  weeks in the last 4 years!

Now that does not mean rthe stock price cannot rise to new highs (especially in this gold hungry market) but it does mean people have been bag holders for a long time and may out quick and quiet at break even costs.

I did buy a little a couple months back @.025 but not committed to the long term at this point in time.

Not trying to bash just  talking out loud about my concerns.
