100% guess here but because they added the info "The final deliveries of the dataset are expected to be substantially complete by the end of the first quarter 2017." I imagine it will be recognized in Q1? Or maybe the first part on Q3-Q4 and the incremental contract in Q1-17? 

That said, i am not sure how the timing of recognized revenue would have a impact at this point. 

I agree with CT, any news is good news. Just the fact that we here about IMP at this point is a positive - and negative that the sharehholders are enthusiastic to just hear from them TBH.
