My speculation.... They will be stocking up on oil capsules to be sold through pharmacies.

I believe after listening from the last conference call, Bruce said he was desperate to get more oil production due to some thing that were coming up and that it could be sold for medical testing. To me that sounds a lot like the new ruling in the US. So they may have found a way to enter the US market legally for research purposes. My speculation
