Here's a personal repost from July 16/2016 re. Sharples & this worthless co.

As Chairman of the Board of UMB there has been no Success in 6 years to manage,
since it's inception in 2010, - as UMB has drifted from Oil/Gas exploration. to
Medical Marijuana, & now to Lithium.
One wonders Why he remains ? - & how much longer he will stay ?
There has obviously been some pay-back to date through Options Trading,
Management Fees & Expenses, etc.
Back to the main point however, which is;
There is Nothing for C. Sharples or anyone else to Manage with UMB,
in whatever business, they are supposedly in now ? ?

No Experience or Connection with the Lithium Industry
No Experience or Hope for Licensing in the Medical Marijuana Industry
No Experience or Future Plans for the Oil/Gas Resource Industry
No Production, No Revenue, No Employees,
