From what you've said in your post, you might as well sell and move on

 -first they took over 1700 Boe's not 1400
 -they just recieved another parcel and the royalty was 20 to 25%
 -they say they can increase production there quote not mine (multipule times from the 1700 Boe ) ,I          don't know about you but that's at least 10,000 boe
 -you think there just gona walk into another country and steal all the oil and give the country nothing
 -do you think the people they brought on board from Mexico was for nothing
 -this is a show me what you can do with your North American Teck and we have the connections to        get land packages coming out our ying yang
  but heh, what do i know
