Just wait

Just waitWon't be long now until the final deal is out.  Expect 100,000,000 shares to be issued at $1.00.  You will get 1.1417218 shares for each AEI share you own, so why would anyone in their right mind buy Arsenal at $1.20.  As for statements about Arsenal not being near bankruptcy, they are ridiculous.  They had to sell half of the company to pay off their debt, could not get any further loans, had to sell some of their Canadian assets to pay off the balance of their debt.  They do not and did not have the cash to pay the tax bills on the proceeds of the asset sales, and could not borrow it.  Thus the merger with Lone Pine. Do not let anyone tell you differently. Otherwise, bankruptcy.   Stay away until the dust settles.
