i have done some basic DD on PLI. I don't see much that would draw me to invest at these levels. The deal still looks like the easiest TST could cut with the full package get out of jail free cards for management. we look to be short about 50% at 14 cents but it is too much work to value MCNA so the easiest thing to do is value it at worthless. Hey when did the Immucidin dog cancer treatment make its way to the old CEO's private company. Were we compensated for that? It was a very promising approved treatment a few years ago and it just sort of disappeared.
