RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Ontario Premier Wynne on the newsZimmee, not to get off on a tangent on this board but, you can't really compare the two.  Hydro Quebec benefits greatly from actual "hydro" plants.  The James Bay project that was built in the 70's is a prime example (second largest in the world I believe).  Added to that is the Churchill Falls deal also completed in the 70's which gives Hydro Quebec dirt cheap electricity for 65 years (justifiable sore point for NFLD).  It is estimated that Quebec gets roughly $1.8 to $2.0 billion of profit per year from Churchill.  Hydro Quebec would have to be a major screwup to lose money.
