These guys are in big trouble with Muddy Waters (Hedge fund, Carson Black) breathing down their necks.

Muddy Waters totally destroyed (rightfully) Sino-Forest fraud. They do very stringent due diligance.

Here is a link to an intresting article as to what is playing out with St. Jude. Sure wouldn't want to be Long. (IMHO)
