Oxford Learning Centres is a franchisee supplemental education service. Stratus Building Solutions is a commercial cleaning service franchise company providing comprehensive environmentally friendly janitorial, building cleaning, and office cleaning services in the United States. BarBurrito is a quick-service Mexican restaurant food chain.

My 2c..... I expect Alberta will bounce back (always has). It seems that $Oil/NGas are closer to a bottom than a top.... remember the old mantra "buy at the bottom, sell at the top". So I think Cara has made a reasonable business decision here.... and Franworks think they can gain more synergies from Cara than from the DIV Royalty regime.... and Sean Morrison thinks he can make a better investment elsewhere. Potentially these are ALL good business decisions. So far I have no reason to doubt Sean's ability .
