Great News for Olympus!

Great News for Olympus!The FDA has just released it's monthly compilation of incidents declared through it's Medwatch system.

When it comes to the instruments provided by Olympus, here's the most recent:

A nice typical CRE for a patient undergoing an ERCP.  Sounds like an old story.  Unfortunately, there's no way from the account of the incident to determine which version of the TJF-Q180 was involved.

Meanwhile if you write in the words "exis exera"  Iin the Brand name field you'll get the list of the incidents, including in a Tso3 perspective, a whole buch of cases involving Olympus bronchoscopes.  The link is
