RE:What a Disaster !!!

RE:What a Disaster !!!Would it be possible for the shareholders to have a complete and comprehensive review
of all the motives that triggered and justified such a deal.  I mean, since we have about
$34M in the bank and a very low burn rate, why such a rush to give this biotech for just
over its cash value?  I don't understand why this is done in the greater interest of the
shareholder's wealth.  Since about no value is attached to IP, MCNA, tax credits and plants
in the current deal, why they don't just lend $30M at a 10% interest rate.  Maybe something
like a convertible loan?  I think his scenario would keep this biotech afloat long enough to
find a much better deal right?  There must be hundreds of scenarios possible here.  I don't
understand why this current offer is considered a balanced, low-risk and high reward
opportunity.  I mean we take $35M no risk at all cash and convert those into a biotech
stock?  Maybe the problem is with me and I should go back to school.
