I believe this is with a concentrator. The main problem with the concentrator was cost to run power to the Barry site, which is not mentoned in this piece. Another issue mentioned in this article was waste overburden.  


This one sentence, I am not sure how one would interpret: "The total mineralized material at the Barry-1 project appeared to be economically mineable through the open pit mining method." Confusing at best, unless you have an explanation.
