RE:Claim/Case updates would be interestingYour are right Tgar! While your list is a decent one you are missing some of the best ever , Telus customer Care, Barclays Centre and FotoYapp. Each one costing millions and each one being a disaster both reputationally and financially.
Having met DL and the Pearl at various AGM's you wouldn't accuse either of being the sharpest tool in the box but you couldn't have dreamed that their results could be this bad.
Movie is still the best outcome - kinda like an Owning Mahowny mixed with a WallStreet twist giving the proceeds to shareholders after the executives get the $6 Million they are owed.
