RE:RE:RE:Gap downOr hire these guys and have them deliver weed from pharmacy/dispensary to clients who are very sick and need their medication. Give them full time jobs as delivery boys. Get a tip, whatever. Pretty sure this would motivate them to get real jobs. 
The government can tax their salaries like anyother jobs.

marijuana is a completely new industry. Done right. Legalized and taxed. Everyone will be happy.
Hipsters should prepare business plans for weed caffes or smoke shops that look CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL. 
now we're seeing new ways to accommodate the system and the population.
