The Company operates through two segments: Vehicle Operations and Financing Operations. Its Vehicle Operations consist of all aspects of its auto merchandising and service operations, including its retail automotive, recreational vehicles, and motorcycle franchises that sell new vehicles, used vehicles, parts, repair and maintenance services, and vehicle finance and insurance products. Its Financing Operations segment provides financing to customers buying and leasing retail vehicles from its Vehicle Operations. The Company operates approximately 473 locations representing 52 brands across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.

RE:RE:RE:Ron Cooper to assist Company with capital market plans

Ron's the reason I bought LAD.V If you notice there was a volume spike of 9 million shares at 7cents.....after the RC notice ....Ron will try for 5X his money so 35 cents is tops and he usually will sell 4 million on the way up ,and try and get as much of his shares out at .35 cents then look out!!!!!.that will be 1-2 million at fire sale prices.... CC -part of the Sprott army except when the General orders you to do something and you dont ....your AWOL
