This is not sound logic... without the SDI 1 or a move on sdi 2 there is no future value in IMP. V1 can take the loss and the taxe credit. Vertex needs to show a ROI on this investments and right now there is nothing. No news on sdi 1, no SDI2 closing soon, and they are losing money. You guys need to wake up, if no sdi1 this worthless... most investors know and vertex knows.
