RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Neulion: Up 45% And Still UndervaluedI agree with the general sentiment. I'm probably very bullish due to the fact that I was out of Neulion a couple months before it got a beating. I jumped at the occasion in the ~0.60s right after the event.
I think a lot of the reason this dropped is not just management not being forthcoming, because I think they reacted quickly enough.. to my liking at least. It's probably that investors were holding Neulion to such high standards that it was unthinkable for it to lose a contract. It was supposed to be the *Netflix of sports*, after all. The moment the NHL was lost, it's like there was no possible way Neulion could be a significant player in the market. What most seem to have missed is that the only reason Neulion lost NHL is because the MLB paid a very significant premium for it. One that could not be refused by the NHL. The same kind of premium that I bet will be offered to Neulion, such that it accepts being acquired.
In any case, my belief is that any investor standing on the sidelines to wait and see how the earnings increase will miss out on a tremendous opportunity to make money. One has to invest in Neulion based on its fundamental value along with its tremedous potential for growth. Being angry at the management for not reacting in an ideal way leads us no where. To me at least, it's clear as day where Neulion is going; up. It's just slower than I had anticipated.
