RE:RE:Why would Series C noteholders vote for this?C noteholders get to vote as a separate class, and the reorganization plan needs to pass with a super majority (66.6%).  I'm sceptical that they will be able to garner those votes, regardless of what the fairness opinion has to say.  I suppose that it depends on who the noteholders are.  Still, it seems to me that it would be in the noteholder's best interest to vote against this.

About whether it's trading interest flad--I suspect it already is.  The exchange doesn't seem to inform retail investors about details like that until the trade is already executed.  At least that's my impression.
