Insider Trading prevents insiders on trading on
material insider information. It does not prevent them from trading if they see an increased traction to Avigilon's technology or an improvement in sales or improved feedback about their latest products or a change in Mr. Fernandes' attitude about his willingness to sell the company. Nobody is saying someone is going to take Avigilon out tomorrow for a 180% premium but obviously there is renewed optimism at the company as evidenced by all this insider buying.
