RE:Valuing on EV/EBITDA Looks Cheap.

"I was hoping someone could convince why I need to buy it now when the moving averages and the on balance volume still show no signs of life..." Um, yeah, I got nothing :) maybe hope for a takeover (unlikely) or a spin-off (possible), or taking it private (fingers crossed.) Feels like dead money right now.
