Leadership?

Leadership?Management and BOD may be right in rejecting a low ball bid, but they obviously are the reason the market  value of CUS is where it .  Bad judgement and bad luck.  Yet, I'm sure they have their golden parachutes established and as from day one the shareholders get the short end of the stick.   While it is entirely possible that present management plans could revive CUS in several years the question remains, do we passively accept our losses?
