Cinven performance paymentI think Concordia should negotiate a waiver of this payment as some of the performance has been based upon questionable price increases that are likely to be rolled back and Brexit which is not Cinven's fault but still affects sales performance going forward. At minimum it would be a good faith gesture on Cinven's part and likely boost the SP of CXR to make it a wash for Cinven longer term.
