"Most of CEO's are shady", well, I disagree with "most".  Some certainly are and as an investor on the long side, I will pick CEO that I trust and that a proven track record to the owners which are shareholders.

It seems that people forget that CEOs are employees. The top employee and on Concordia, if in fact the CEO makes $9M a year, he better deserve it!  

If there was a shady employee in my company, we would find "another" home for him or her. If my top managers were shady, I would not tolerate it one bit.

It's amazing that anyone who knows they have a shady CEO on staff would entrust their hard earned money with them on the public equity markets.

This validates the thesis that short selling companies with shady CEOs makes perfect sense.
