It's both plus and minus... when stock market goes up it follows and reverse... being out them is about finding a balance by share itself.
Also, I heard an opinion that big boys and funds will leave, because they can't own it.
It's a BIG BS, just pull any Mutual Fund ingredients, even for big 5, I know Scotia, TD and RBC have mutual funds and some ingredients are small cap stocks with big weight like 5-7%;
