Cardinal Energy Ltd. is a Canadian oil and natural gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, development, optimization and production of crude oil and natural gas in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan. Its operating areas include the Midale, South District, Central District, and North District. Its Midale operating area of over 730 million barrels of original oil in place (OOIP) and its low decline in production of 3,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) (net) is supported by both waterflood and CO2 enhanced oil recovery. Its South District operating area is located east of Calgary in southeastern Alberta and produces medium gravity crude, as well as liquids-rich natural gas. Its Central District operation is located in East Central Alberta, which is focused on producing oil from multiple, large OOIP pools. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater and other properties.

RE:RE:I don't mind thisIf you are right Jethro, then I wouldn't like Cardinal or any other stock at any price.  For that matter Most Canadians will be in deep trouble even if they hold no equities.  I'm not dismissing your point because I have been thinking the same thing with regard to the negative return debt, I'm thinking, however, we are all screwed in a major bond debt crisis.

The stock is really behaving badly here though, I mean as of the typing of this, the stock is down on a real postive day for the TSX and oil.

Thing is, now a days it is hard to tell if the big money guys have the inside scope or if they are playing the price just to whipsaw everyone out of the name. On a short term basis the stock is really oversold on RSI and closed below the bollinger bands twice over the last 2 days.  If there is no material change then it is buying opportunity.  If some one knows something god help the longs, for that matter god help the longs regardless.

Wow tell me that isn't a bad sign looking for devine intervention to help an investment, cheers Matthew
