Evolution of La Cigarra(for anyone interested in this type of historical info)
Below are 3 past PM Summit presentations by Northair (La Cigarra project) - 2015, 2012 and 2011.
It is good to listen to the entire 2015 presentation, but one should pay extra attention to the discussion on geo magnetic work (both mag highs and mag lows) Northair performed in 2015 - starting from the 7:55 point of the video. The 2 big mines to the south had high grade mineral intercepts within areas of mag high geo readings. Early drillings at La Cigarra is following the same pattern, especially with the highest grade areas at San Gregorio and Las Carolinas. The 2015 mag surveys also shows a number of other mag high drill targets on the property, including the 1400m by 300/400m La Colorada intrusive area. As good as the mag high targets are, the main mag low target (RAM Zone - 3.8 km) might turn out to be even more fruitful.
The 2015 presenter is Andrea Zaradic. She took over as CEO in late 2014 after Fred retired (Fred was over 70 yrs old). Andrea is currently on Kootenay`s board of directors.
2015 La Cigarra presentation:

This was only the second year of diamond core drilling at La Cigarra. As Fred mentioned, all drill holes intercepted silver. The current 2016 grade is about 85 g/t silver (and will likely go up meaningfully from here). As a side note, although the 2016 silver content is 63 million ounces (M+I+I), the total silver equivalent ounces is probably closer to 73 million - once you factor in the lead, zinc and gold. However, we will probably use revenues from the other metals as byproduct credits to reduce the silver cash cost per once (even further).

You can see some of the very large intercepts, and get an appreciation of the potential of this large (magnetic) hydrothermal system. It should become especially interesting in 2017 and 2018 once we start drilling the deep feeder zones.
