Oldimer....don't forget, Participating Shareholders can't vote! Where do you think the other 18% in this deal is going? It's the majors that you're talking about. The vote is up to us...the group of shareholders not paticipating. I don't care how many shares you own, 500 or 5 million; if you're not getting a chunk of the 3 cent pie, you're at a significant disadvantage and option A of this deal doesn't make sense for you. Also keep in mind that, regardless of whether it's a yay or nay vote October 13th, the deal with Tenor is still in place. We just move to option B where Tenor gets a marginal raise but the rest of it is more evenly distributed amongst all shareholders. BH
