Can they pay the full earnout due to Cinvin this month?  And if they are short of cash this month, what makes you confident they will have the cash by the hard deadline for the remaining 50% by Feb?

There are running on fumes on decreasing cash flow and even more turbulent waters and price competition.  They stated they needed to "adjust" pricing in official meetings.  That means lowering.

Position yourselves accordingly.
