RE:Possibility for the turnaround catalyst. I really don't see any other possible short term catalyst here.  Buyouts and financing at the current share price are totally out of the question.    The irony is that this very scenario reversed will put further downward pressure on the SP and force the revolver loan to be used at which point it's game over for real.  There is also the possibility that the revolver loan terms have to be renegotiated based on the company value.  The Loan limit is the current market cap giving the bank every right to simply pull it off.
