With your TFSA, the government can't tax you 1 cent for gains made in that account, hence TAX FREE savings account. There are graphs where you can find this information if you just look for it.
Go ahead and put your money invested in your RRSP and pay the tax. It's up to you. Simple suggestion to help people make money, but if you haven't even looked at it, you are pathetic and should seriously question where you are getting your financial advice from.

As well, smart money is not in the U industry RIGHT now. If you want to accumulate for when they market turns around, good for you. Go for it. But the U stocks will most likely sit at these levels and drop a bit further until the market turns around.
