RE:Strong Statement RR is the guy to watch. He invested heavily in ATC and did similar activities then sold at $10.00. The stock now trades at .58 with a low of .25. After selling their >10% holdings, they were not required to disclose any sale of stock. I am not sure how the TSX works for these announcement requirements, eg. if you currently own 10% and sell all, since you currently don't own this then there is no need to disclose.
IVN has delivered on past mines in the Asia. Speculators need to keep an close eye on both RR and IVN success because RR's principle rule is to "hold the stock only if it is working for you".
That sounds like common sense, but when RR sold ATC there was no well distributed exclosure. Only the buy signals appear to be well disclosed, as in the recent announcements by RR.
