Present and past shareholders could start an action against directors and management.
They are insured, so there are settlement funds available ..
The bond holders who were discriminated against, may win in which case there would be no secured bondholders (or maybe all secured bondholders) which may (MAY) put bond holders and shareholders in the same boat. Depends not on law but which group have the political influence or best mouthpiece ..
Those who bought at 9 cents may get a few cents back.
Those who held or worse ... doubled down and similar, looking to blame someone, should look in the mirror ....
