Petronas will want to take advantage of lower construction pricing and trades availability during this downturn to start construction immediately. The Feds and Petronas will horsetrade enviro frippery for foreign worker concessions. If Petronas can bring in Malaysian workers, it saves money and quells domestic unrest about foreign vs domestic investment in Malaysia. THIS IS THE LAST THING THAT CANADA NEEDS IS FOREIGN LABOUR WHEN ALB. AND B.C. HAVE MORE THEN ENOUGH WORKES WATING GO WORK!!!!
