RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What the charts say

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:What the charts sayI agree with Insider.  Where does your TPG hunch come from fundtrader?  They certainly fit the profile of a PE firm who would look at this, but what makes you think they are.  In fundtrader;'s defence, a lot could change in 4 weeks.  Although there might have been one opportunity the board was considering 4 weeks ago, another white horse could have emerged.  That would be a great scenario since it would bring some competitive pressure on the process and yield a better result for shareholders.  I hope you are right fundtrader.  Any elaboration would be appreciated...

InsiderTrader wrote: funtrader,  Look dude,  its one think to be bullish but the stock has been on a steady downward trend, averaging 2-4% down every day.   We have had 3 green days in the last month.

When I first came on this bull board, I had insider information from a GF who worked at Greenhill and that some PE firms were looking at their assets.  Your comments that tpg and apollo group are
still left and that others have deals on the table go against what the CEO said in the earnings conference call last month.

Thompson said there is only one opportunity left in strategic review (and social media knows its not a buyout so it likely, if not a flat out lie,  some kind of restructuring.  And SM also knows the CEO's next margin trigger on his stock).  And Thompson said on the conference call that the outcome would be known "shortly."  Well that was over 4 weeks ago.......  If you actually listened to the conference call, you would know that only one opportunity is on the table, if any at all, so being bullish is one thing but don't flat out lie to anyone here.  This was taken directly from transcripts:

Cynthia Guan

"If you could elaborate on what you meant in your earlier remarks about one specific opportunity that you were looking at as part of the strategic review?"

Mark Thompson

"Because of the way this is going, I can’t give you much more than I already have. We’re evaluating one specific opportunity"
