RE:RE:RE:...spoke with an ex employee on the tech side. he said amazing things about BD team and confirmed the fact that their strategic advantage is integration time for new retailers. Also confirmed what we call on this board human tagging...Although complemented the human tagging platform, it's not the future of VS. 

However, was not optimistic about tech stack and abiliy to get aquired. If they don't go bankrupt. Big IF, investors have a long-term hope that they become enterprise search vendor of record for every big retailer.
