Sirona Biochem Corp. is a cosmetic ingredient and drug discovery company with a proprietary technology platform developed at its laboratory facility in France with a specialization in the stabilization of carbohydrate molecules. I'm not sure what currency they were talking about, but it seems they upped the value of 1067 by about $20 million. All in all though, I no longer got the sense a deal was "imminent." I'm afraid this one is going to take some more patience. Oh well, been here almost half a decade, I'll hang in a little longer.
