RE:RE:LUXOR'S MILL FRAME LLC AWARDED US $ 3 MILLION TURNKEY FRAMINMost of these projects are in Seattle.  I live in Seattle and can attest to the red hot real estate markets.  There are over a dozen high rise cranes in downtown Seattle as you drive by on the freeway.  This company should do very well.  Seattle winters don't stop construction.
