RE:RE:RE:30-60 Days To Go As Per News
No need to get angry bud, I wasn't trying to insult you or anything just trying to keep everyones expectations here realistic.  These things take time.

As someone who has direct involvement in this project I also respect the management team and think they will bring this project into production.

That being said, even in the information you quoted it says they need to complete more geotechnical work on the willa settling pond before they can submit their permit applications to the MEM.

The pipeline they have a permit for is a temporary discharge permit to dry out the area for geotechnical work.

They also need to design, permit and construct the pyrite "settling pond" or TSF (depending if they can sell this concentrate or need to store it permanently).  I believe this will get done but due to the high acid generating potential of this material it will need to be heavily engineered.

Again, I've been a big fan of DVN/MXL for years and am excited things are finally moving forward, I am just telling people to be patient.  Getting a project like this up and running always takes longer than expected especially when it comes to environmental permits.

However as I am a 'Moron' and don't warrant an intelligent response from "BugattiBagz" I'll just return to lurking on the boards of the companies I work with out of fear of being flamed by experts like you.

Cheers
