The JMY article is good.

2 Things:
- the royalty is an impediment to sharholder profits
- the royalty will dampen stock price appreciation (upon closure of SDI #1)

Solution(s):
- deal with the royalty in such a way that its impact to shareholders is reduced (shareholders will pay one way or another...but lets try to reduce that payment)
- Close so many SDI's that your heads spin (in conjunction with the royalty reduction)
