There may be a place for dispensaries or craft producers in the distant future but the reality is that there is no other way to introduce legalization without very strict regulation. I must admit that I am surprised at how vocal the underground community is with respect to the crackdown on dispensaries. I would think that the majority of this community wouldn't really care...they are still going to get their weed, it will just be coming from licensed facilities where the quality/ potency of the product they are getting is completely transparent.
