Finder's Fee Agreement

Finder's Fee AgreementOuch, a little beat-uup for my last post.

Glad to see us close another week >.15.

I'll ask again what people's thoughts are on the timeline alignment of Phase 3 completion and the Finder's Fee Agreement with CPM Group that is due to end around December 2016.

I'm referring to the news release that states AMY entered into a Finder's Fee Agreement for CPM Group to seek out licensing for their process dated December 10, 2015.

Finders Fee News Release

It may seem like old news, but the Finder's Fee Agreement was for 1 year from the date of signing, which puts the expiry for Dec2016/Jan2017. It seems almost too good to be true that it aligns so nicely with an end of October/November timleine for Phase 3 completion and reporting.

Is it possible for AMY to turn their process around for licensing by Jan 2017?

To clarify, this would be evidence to anyone speaking about a JV with big names, that the licensing path has been communicated by management and pursued for ~9 months. Maybe the big names will license the technology, but it seems unlikely there will be JV or takeover. However, everything has a price, all it takes is the right offer ;).

Have an excellent weekend everyone, see you all Monday!
