You are probably right. Having common shares are not a condition of him being CEO. Its just poor optics . He just can't vote with his shares at the next AGM so big fracckin deal.



And with no shares for MT at next AGM we can toss him to the trash heap. This company will not go bankrupt and there will be another AGM.
