RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:2496544 ONTARIO LTD.The CEO "lost" direct ownership? Do you think people are stupid here? CEO was in complete control of how those assets were to be used and transferred.
And who controls 2496544 ONTARIO LTD. now? Well, if it was in Canada, we would be able to know right? Now, it's offshore, god (and CEO) knows where.
And you don't think I will look at Director ownership of shares? Directors own almost nothing! I don't recall ever seeing this!
Compare Valeant to Concordia to see how bad CXR is!

Do you really want to hold a company where the people making the decisions own no shares and have no skin in the game? And note above, that "transfer" of the CEO's total share isn't recorded as an insider sell... No directors are buying into CXR and haven't for the last 12 months.
I'm not a lawyer or regulator but this type of shuffle with a 4% of company shares is not only unethical, it's looks highly fraudulent to me. That's just an opinion and I have a right to that opinion.
I really hope investigations are underway on this and if they are, I'd hate to be holding long when they are released to the public.
VRX has a very good chance to survive. Shareholders on Concordia don't. Look at the FACTS for yourself. Forget the messengers, focus on the message.
