RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:2496544 ONTARIO LTD.TSX, good point about the blackout period. Looks like the CEO did sell in August but no purchases by anyone except him at 1M last fall.
Those are calculated in the 2.1M today, which is now 1.5M or so shares in the dark Ontario company that appears to have "skipped town", so to speak.
The fundamentals look horrible at this point. The only people bullish here are those novices looking at 52 week highs and their book values. The odd trader seems to be playing the bottom here but when the fundamentals are so shaky, there is no floor.
Another 50% drop in the next week or two is highly possible. Not sure what people see as the catalyst to reversed the confirmed downtrend. I watch TA and from a TA perspective, "she has no legs" which reflects where this is going. Straight down after maybe a trading session or two unless something dramatic happens.
Interesting stock to watch in a tough sector at the wrong time. I'll watch this one carefully. I'm curious to see if anyone can do anything of significance to save the stock. Company will survive as private equity, likely as a reverse Cinven take-over by end of Feb. Shareholder value will be scraps (1/10 of what it is now) or zero depending on how the lawsuits turn out and what regulators do with this mess.
