The rest, travel from $16 to $5 was a good short attack, I'm giving credit to them, they were able to push all the right buttons like:
1) making up stories about personal CEO financial affairs, still try to do;
2) launching litigation cases from pop and mom lawyers that never see a court
3) forcing margin calls on CEO shares, I still wonder what brokerage did that; I know Cohodes was close with Goldman Sachs, it's public info.
4) Doubting Concordia ability to pay earn-out amount and saying that their line of credit $200 MLN will not be allowed by Goldman Sachs; though credit line is contractual agreement between Concordia and several bankers, was done as part of buy-out and $200MLN contractually connected to earn-out;
5) List goes on....
